When a new project starts, a new board is created. This board contains all relevant information about the project being developed.
The board contains a Kanban view that contains Cards (i.e. any backlog item). Within Cards, you can manage your files with the Google Drive integration. Also, each card has its own set of checklists and a brief description.
We have a session management flow that will give you simply the best project tracking experience. We have a tool for keeping track of the sessions of the team members, Duotracker, which keeps track of the session times for the cards being worked on and randomly takes screenshots every 10 minutes. At the end of each session, the Duolancers log an end note to the session, explaining their progress and plans for the card so all stakeholders would have a much clearer view.
Also, we have a review mechanism for the sessions, in which only project managers can approve each session after analyzing the work done and making changes, if necessary. Sessions can be easily seen on the board, along with their reviews. Future sessions could be planned after the last session of the day to ensure the continuity of the work and spot any problems without even them occurring in the first place.
